First thing I have to say: I scored you HONESTLY! And I mean it, I really believe that's the score you should be getting. I'll try to motivate myself in the following lines.

First thing: Music. I love Lilium. This has to be my most favorite anime opening theme of all time. You must've used one of the full versions floating around the internet, and made by fans (I have one myself). It's done by combining the opening (1:30) with the part of the full version in ep.13, and the saints version. The song itself wasn't released with the OST, so fans had to do it. And you used one fine version, with great quality.

Second: The way you used the song. You must've gone through the translation, because you matched one part ("Oh how holy, how serene, how benign, how pleasant") of it perfectly with the images of the two young boys.

Third: Action Sync - The way you recreated their memories. I don't know if the color filters were present in the movie itself, or you made them, however I have only one thing to say: Subarashi!

Video/Audio Quality: You encoded you video nicely, DivX5.2.1 is a really good codec(although I prefer XviD ), and I had seen the codec you used for audio for the first time, however the result is great - very good file size, and perfect sound

Re-View: I will be watching this over and over. I love the song, any you made a video that utilizes it perfectly. Respect.

Bad
So, we'll call bad what I didn't understand
As I haven't watched Sailor Moon, the ending sequence made really no sense whatsoever to me. I can't connect it in any way to the things that were happening beforehand, and generally find it rather distracting from the story you created.

Overall
The best video by you, and a fine video it is! You fired me up once more to create. I don't know if I've told you, but one of the main reasons for me to make amvs was your dance destiny video. Thank you for the inspiration you give me, and I hope to be able to see many more great videos from you.
